My name is Stefan, and my goal is to democratize access to the tactical & technical principles taught in professional football academies.


I am an ex-footballer turned youth coach, passionate about tactical analysis and youth player development. As a KNVB-certified (Royal Dutch Football Association) youth coach, I am currently on the path of obtaining the equivalent of the UEFA B License, and hopefully the UEFA Pro license one day. I have also earned the Professional Diploma in Football Coaching from FC Barcelona Innovation Hub and completed several scouting courses through IPSO (International Professional Scouting Organization).
